Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using LinkedIn Tracker (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free-tier and paid subscribers.

2. What the Service Is

LinkedIn Tracker is a personal networking tool that helps you track professional contacts, schedule follow-ups, and organize job opportunities. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn Corporation in any way.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person per account. You may not share your account or API keys with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the API in ways that degrade performance for other users.
• Store data about individuals without a legitimate professional reason to do so.
• Violate any applicable laws, including privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Circumvent plan limits through multiple accounts or other means.

The Service is designed as a personal tool for managing your own professional relationships. It is not intended for bulk data collection, lead generation at scale, or any purpose that violates LinkedIn’s own terms of service.

5. Plans & Billing

• Free tier — limited to 50 contacts and 20 job listings. No credit card required.
• Pro tier — paid subscription with higher limits. Billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there was an error.

6. Your Data

You own the contact data you enter. We do not claim any rights over it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect it. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkedIn Tracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
